Thermal imaging identifies hidden gaps in insulation, areas where walls look fine on the surface but have missing or settled insulation behind them. Duct pressure testing reveals leakage in your ductwork that wastes 20–30% of conditioned air in typical NYC homes. Every finding is documented with photos, measurements, and a priority-ranked recommendation list.

The assessment takes 2–3 hours for a typical NYC home. You receive a written report with estimated costs, projected savings, payback periods, and rebate eligibility for each recommended upgrade.
