Yes, we repair the payment hardware on NYC laundromat machines, 24/7. That covers jammed and miscounting coin drops, dead or unresponsive card readers, damaged reader-to-machine wiring, coin box locks, and vend price changes. A machine that will not take money is out of service just as surely as one that will not spin.
We work with the systems common in NYC stores, including Setomatic SpyderWash, Card Concepts (CCI), ESD, Greenwald coin drops, KioSoft, and PayRange. We are not a reseller for any of them. What we do is repair the mechanical and wiring side, test the vend, and coordinate with your provider when a reader board or an account-level change has to come from them.
Coin-drop faults are usually mechanical: a bent or worn slide, a coin lodged in the chute, a stretched linkage, or a drop that is simply full. Reader faults are usually electrical: a chafed harness where it rubs against a vibrating machine, a loose ground, or a failed power supply. We check both before condemning a board.

My card reader is dead on one machine. Is it the reader or the machine?
Most often it is neither, it is the wiring between them. Readers sit on machines that vibrate hard, and harnesses chafe, grounds loosen, and power supplies fail. We test power at the reader and continuity through the harness before concluding the reader board itself has failed.
Can you fix a coin drop that keeps jamming?
Yes. Jamming is usually a bent or worn slide, a coin stuck in the chute, a stretched linkage, or a coin box that has not been emptied. We strip and clean the mechanism, replace worn parts, and cycle-test it with real coins before putting the machine back in service.
Do you work with SpyderWash, CCI, and ESD systems?
Yes, along with Greenwald coin drops, KioSoft, and PayRange. We are not a reseller or authorized agent for any of these systems. We repair the hardware, wiring, and mechanical side, and we coordinate with your provider for anything that must be changed at the board or account level.
Can you change my vend prices?
Yes, on both coin and card machines. On card systems we can set prices at the machine where the system allows it, and coordinate with your provider when the change has to be pushed from their side. We verify every machine vends at the new price before leaving.
The reader accepts the card but the machine will not start. What now?
That points to the signal path between the reader and the machine board rather than the payment system itself, a broken start-relay wire, a failed interface, or a machine fault that is blocking the start. Because we repair both the machines and the payment hardware, we can trace it end to end in one visit.
