Through-wall installation requires a properly sized sleeve, wall preparation based on your building material (brick, concrete, or drywall), and a dedicated 20-amp electrical outlet placed close to the unit. We handle the wall cut, sleeve installation, condensation drainage routing, and electrical work — all to code. For co-op and rental buildings, we manage the approval process with your board or landlord, including insurance documentation and work-hour scheduling. Most installations take 2 to 4 hours.
